My Approach & Teaching Philosophy
Vocal Health Meets Grounded Storytelling
My studio operates on two core principles: vocal longevity and authentic characterization. I train singers to understand their unique instrument, expand their range safely, and navigate mix/belt mechanics without strain.
In song interpretation, performance should never feel over-acted or forced. By anchoring students in a conversational baseline reality and clear character objectives, singing becomes a natural, powerful extension of storytelling. Whether prepping high schoolers for college auditions or staging a full-scale musical, I foster a supportive, high-expectation environment where performers feel safe to take risks.

Client Reviews
“Honestly, I was hesitant about bringing in an outside coach when our rehearsal schedule for the spring musical was already so tight. But in just two masterclasses, Claudio completely transformed how our ensemble approached their numbers. He didn't just directed vocal technique, he showed our students how to stop 'acting' their songs and actually talk to each other on stage. No high-strung drama, just super practical, encouraging instruction that respect our students' voices and time. We’ll definitely be booking him back next semester."
— Marcus T., Performing Arts Department Chair & Director
"I used to panic every time I had to cut a song down to 32 bars or hand my sheet music over to an accompanist at an audition. Working with [Your Name] changed all of that. We fixed my binder layout, worked out a high mix that doesn't strain my throat, and stripped away all the fake 'stagey' habits I didn't realize I was doing. I walked into my college unified auditions feeling like an actual artist instead of a nervous student—and ended up booking callbacks I didn't think I had a shot at. Working with Clau is zero BS and totally worth it."
— Elena R., Musical Theatre Student (Class of '25)
"My son loves musical theatre, but he was getting frequent vocal fatigue during rehearsals and feeling really discouraged after audition calls. Finding [Your Name] was a complete breath of fresh air. They focused heavily on vocal safety, breath support, and building his confidence in a low-anxiety environment. He comes out of every lesson excited, singing with way more ease, and actually understanding how his instrument works. I couldn't ask for a better mentor for him."
